Directions to Water Street
We’re located in DUMBO, Brooklyn between the Brooklyn and Manhattan
Bridges at 66 Water Street (between Main and Dock), opposite Fulton
Ferry State Park. You’ll find us next door to Jacques Torres’ famous
chocolate shop, down the block from St. Ann’s Warehouse and around
the corner from the River Café and Grimaldi’s Pizza.
By Subway(less than five minutes walk from the stops below)
2/3 to CLARK STREET: Left onto Henry Street, Left on Old Fulton Street,
walk downhill and take Right onto Front Street. Left on Dock Street;
right onto Water Street.
F to YORK STREET: Right out of train station. Left onto York Street,
walk 3 blocks and turn Right onto Washington Street. Walk 2 blocks to
Water Street.
A/C to HIGH STREET: Walk downhill on Cadman Plaza West (which becomes
Old Fulton Street) to Front Street. Turn right on Front Street, and
left onto Dock Street and turn right onto Water and walk 1/2 block.
By Taxi/Car
From MANHATTAN: Exit right from the Brooklyn Bridge to Cadman Plaza
West; bear right at the bottom of exit ramp. Follow Old Fulton Street,
curving left, down to Front Street. Make a hard right on Front Street,
then a left on Main Street. Turn left again to 66 Water Street. By taxi,
it’s approximately a 5 to 10 minute ride from below Houston Street,
15 to 20 minutes from midtown and about 15 to 25 minutes from the
Upper East and West Side. The amount of traffic always make the
time a variable.
From BROOKLYN: Take Atlantic Avenue to Boerum Place heading toward the
Brooklyn Bridge. Boerum Place To Joralemon Street make left (this is the last
left turn before Brooklyn Bridge). Make right on to Court Street, which becomes
Cadman Plaza West, which becomes Old Fulton Street. Follow Old Fulton Street,
curving left, down to Front Street. Make a hard right on Front Street, then a
left on Main Street. Turn left again to 66 Water Street.
From QUEENS: Heading south on the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway, take the
Cadman Plaza / Brooklyn Bridge exit. Turn right at the exit ramp stop
sign onto Old Fulton Street. Make a quick right onto Front Street, then
a left on Main Street. Turn left again to 66 Water Street.
From LONG ISLAND: Head north on the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway, take the
Cadman Plaza West exit. At the bottom of the exit ramp, all traffic turns
right onto Old Fulton Street. Make a legal U-turn at the first light.
Head back down Old Fulton Street to Front Street. Make a hard right on
Front Street, then a left on Main Street. Turn left again to 66 Water Street.
From NEW JERSEY: Take the Holland Tunnel into Manhattan. Continue across
Canal Street to the upper roadway of the Manhattan Bridge. Coming off the
bridge, make a right turn onto Tillary Street, then another right turn at
the end of Tillary onto Cadman Plaza West, which becomes Old Fulton Street.
Follow Old Fulton Street, curving left, down to Front Street. Make a hard
right on Front Street, then a left on Main Street. Turn left again to
66 Water Street.
By Water Taxi
The NY WATER TAXI operates to and from the Fulton Ferry Landing from
several locations along the Manhattan waterfront including the South
Street Seaport. Exit the Ferry Landing onto Water Street and walk north
on Water Street toward the bridges, past Dock and Main Streets to

On Foot
If you have time, it's a great walk from lower Manhattan to Water
Street. Take the footpath over the Brooklyn Bridge. The walkway feeds
into Washington Street. Walk toward the river on Washington Street
down to 66 Water Street.
By Bus
Take the B25 to the stop just beyond the corner of Water Street and
Main Street. Walk across the street to 66 Water Street.

and limited street parking directly outside the door.
